With the goal of constantly developing to improve the quality of service, bringing more convenient and professional experiences to customers, from 28/08/2018, VPBank officially deployed the new Contact Center system with many automatic utility services.
The most prominent feature of VPBank's new Contact Center system is the setting up for each customer of a TPIN code (Telephony identification number), similar to the password used to access the Contact Center's automated services.
The initial TPIN code will be set by default, including the last two digits number of IDs / Passports + the last 2 digits number of your Year of Birth. VPBank recommends that customers must change the default TPIN as soon as it is issued, by contacting the Contact Center via telephone number registered with the Bank. This change is intended to protect the personal information of the customer, as well as make the more convenience for customer in banking transaction.
