"Service 100+" Project of VPBank: Enhance Customers' Experiences
Aiming to increase service quality and bring customers the finest services, Vietnam Prosperity Bank, or VPBank, has officially launched the program "Enhance Customers' experiences" on the occasion of the International Children's Day on June 1st. This is the first among the program series in phase 2 of the "Enhancing comprehensive service quality - Service 100+" project which VPBank has been conducting since 2001.

According to the program, within 3 days from May 1st to May 3rd, 2012, customers carrying out transactions at VPBank's transaction offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city shall receive interesting gifts, for instance, movie tickets at Megastar, recreation tickets to Picomall and Ho Tay Water Park, photograph coupons at Phu Thanh Digital, etc. With 2,500 gifts worth hundreds of millions of dongs, the program "Enhance Customers' Experiences" hopes to bring an interesting and exciting summer holiday to children as well as a bit of joy to their parents - VPBank's customers.
"Service 100+ project has practically exerted numerous effects on each employee in particular and transaction offices in general. Service 100+ has helped VPBank's employees understand better the standards of service quality, 5S. At the same time, the project has urged employees to change themselves, improve their consciousness to give priority to service quality, create fascinating experiences with services for customers doing transactions at VPBank", said a project group member.
According to VPBank's board, the Service 100+ project will be continuously launched throughout the whole system to assure the unity of service quality.

Service 100+, with the core value "your smile, our happiness", is one of the solutions to enhance service quality launched by VPBank since 2001. In this program, each bank teller is a representative of the bank toward customers through their behaviors, attitudes, skills and knowledge of service products, aiming to bring the finest services to customers of VPBank.  
Service 100+ has been reportedly experimented successfully with VPBank - Ngo Quyen branch and applied to the whole VPBank's system. So far, there have been nearly 80 VPBank's transaction points launching the project and receiving a lot of positive reactions from customers. In the time coming, the activities within the framework of "Enhance Customers' Experiences" program will be continuously carried out throughout the bank's system.
