Preferred Capital from SMEDF for Businesses

VPBank has officially joined the indirect lending program of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund (SMEDF), offering highly attractive interest rates. This initiative aims to provide businesses with accessible capital to fuel their growth and investment projects.

Key Features of the Loan Package:

1. Preferential Lending Rates:

   • Short-term: 1.2% per annum

   • Medium to long-term: 4.4% per annum, fixed throughout the loan tenure

2. Loan Tenures:

   • Short-term: Up to 12 months

   • Medium to long-term: Up to 7 years, with a grace period of up to 2 years

3. Loan Limit:

   • Up to 80% of the total investment for each project or business plan.

Eligibility Criteria for SMEs (as per SMEDF regulations):

This program is available to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) operating in the Agriculture, Forestry, Industry, Fisheries, and Construction sectors that meet the following criteria:

• Annual revenue of less than VND 200 billion, OR

• Capital sources of less than VND 100 billion, AND

• Fewer than 200 employees participating in social insurance.
