Người tham dự sự kiện phải trên 14 tuổi. Người tham dự sự kiện dưới 18 tuổi bắt buộc phải có người lớn trên 18 tuổi đi kèm xuyên suốt thời gian diễn ra chương trình. Người lớn trên 18 tuổi đi kèm đồng thời cũng phải sở hữu vé hợp lệ do BTC phát hành. Ban tổ chức có quyền yêu cầu kiểm tra CCCD/Hộ Chiếu tại khu vực check-in và trong sự kiện.
Attendees must be fourteen (14) years old and above. Attendees under eighteen (18) years old must be accompanied by an adult aged eighteen (18) or above throughout the duration of the Event. The accompanying adult must also possess a valid ticket issued by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to request verification of a National ID Card/Citizen Identity Card or Passport at the check-in area and at any time during the Event.

Note: For children under 1.35m tall, please present documentation proving they meet the age requirement for the event.
Phụ nữ mang bầu và người có vấn đề sức khỏe được khuyến cáo cân nhắc khi tham gia sự kiện này. Trong trường hợp vẫn muốn tham gia, cần báo cho Ban Tổ Chức và ký giấy cam kết về quyết định của mình
Pregnant women and individuals with medical conditions are advised to carefully consider their participation in this Event. If they still choose to attend, they must notify the Organizer and sign a waiver acknowledging and accepting responsibility for their decision
BTC có toàn quyền từ chối quyền tham dự đối với những cá nhân không đáp ứng điều kiện sức khỏe cần thiết để đảm bảo an toàn trong suốt quá trình tham gia sự kiện.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who do not meet the necessary health conditions to ensure safety during the event.
BTC và đội ngũ nhân sự có quyền từ chối phục vụ hoặc yêu cầu rời khỏi khu vực tổ chức đối với bất kỳ cá nhân nào vi phạm các Điều Khoản, Điều Kiện hoặc Quy Định của chương trình.
The Organizer and staff reserve the right to refuse service or request any individual violating the Terms, Conditions, or Event Regulations to leave the venue.

Wristbands must remain intact and untampered with at all times.
Vòng đeo tay bị mất sẽ không được thay thế.
Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
Vòng đeo tay bị hư hỏng, sửa đổi hoặc có dấu hiệu can thiệp có thể bị từ chối vào cổng.
Damaged, altered, or tampered wristbands may result in refusal of admission.
Vòng đeo tay không được chuyển nhượng.
Wristbands are non-transferable.
Ban Tổ Chức có quyền yêu cầu xác minh vòng đeo tay ở bất kỳ thời điểm nào trước hoặc trong thời gian diễn ra sự kiện.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify wristbands at any time before or during the Event.
Việc xếp hàng qua đêm bị nghiêm cấm, trừ khi có sự chấp thuận trước bằng văn bản của Ban Tổ Chức.
Overnight queuing is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the Organizer.
Vòng đeo tay chỉ có giá trị cho một (01) lần vào cổng trong thời gian diễn ra sự kiện hoặc tham quan.
Each wristband is valid for one (1) admission only during the Event or venue visit.
Người tham dự đồng ý cho phép kiểm tra túi xách và thực hiện các thủ tục kiểm tra an ninh.
By attending the Event, attendees consent to bag inspections and security screening procedures.

The following items, including but not limited to those listed below, are prohibited within the Event venue:
- Vũ khí và chất nguy hiểm: Vũ khí, dao kéo, vật sắc nhọn, chất nổ, chất dễ cháy, pháo hoa và pháo sáng.
Weapons and hazardous materials: Firearms, knives, sharp objects, explosives, flammable substances, fireworks, flares, and other dangerous items.
- Chất kích thích và cồn: Ma túy, các chất gây nghiện, rượu, bia, thuốc lá và thuốc lá điện tử.
Alcohol, tobacco, and controlled substances: Illegal drugs, narcotics, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), and other smoking devices.
- Đồ chứa bằng kim loại hoặc thủy tinh: Bình giữ nhiệt, chai thủy tinh, lon nhôm hoặc bình nước cứng có thể gây nguy hiểm.
Metal or glass containers: Thermos flasks, glass bottles, aluminum cans, metal bottles, or any rigid water containers that may pose a safety risk.
- Thiết bị điện tử và ghi hình cỡ lớn: Máy ảnh chuyên nghiệp có ống kính rời, máy tính bảng (iPad), laptop, gậy selfie, chân máy ảnh (tripod), thiết bị bay (flycam) và thiết bị phát sóng trực tiếp.
Large electronic and recording equipment: Professional cameras with detachable lenses, tablets (including iPads), laptops, selfie sticks, tripods, unmanned aerial vehicles (drones/flycams), and live-streaming equipment.
- Đồ ăn và thức uống từ bên ngoài: Thức ăn, nước uống mang từ bên ngoài vào khu vực tổ chức sự kiện.
Outside food and beverages: Food and beverages brought from outside the Event venue.
- Vật phẩm khác: Thú cưng, ô/dù cỡ lớn, cờ hoặc băng rôn quá khổ hoặc mang nội dung kích động, chai nước còn nguyên nắp
Other prohibited items: Pets, large umbrellas or parasols, oversized flags or banners, or any flags, banners, or materials containing offensive, inflammatory, or provocative content, Unopened bottle
